Then we decided to make a group-purchase of white office chairs, since our CEO didn’t wanted to buy them. He just was interested in the bottom line of the business.

Guess what happened? Two months later we were all producing 20% more of work in 30% of the time! Did something changed in those two months? Nothing. Nobody could understand what had happened. Until one day we figured one thing had changed for each and every one of us: We had a new nursing chair! We even bough our boss a new white office chair and his mood changed in a matter of days!

That day, we decided to start our own online business, to help fellow workers and company directors to have happy and productive employees. And so Nursing Chair was born!
